Bill Cornelius — Founder & Owner

In 1992, Bill began his company as a carpet cleaning business servicing residential and commercial buildings around the entire Washington D.C. Metropolitan area. In 1995, Bill expanded C&C’s service capabilities and focused the company on disaster restoration services. Through hard work, dedication, and excellent customer service, C&C has thrived in the disaster recovery marketplace. Bill continues to actively manage the business and strives to ensure that C&C is an innovator in the disaster recovery industry. Bill grew up in Prince George’s County, Maryland, and he is married with children.

Erika Prate – Director of Administration

Erika achieved a bachelor’s degree from UMD College Park in Spanish and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Walden University. Erika is the Director of Administration and has been at C&C since 2016. She enjoys the Washington Capitals and spending time with her cat, Buddy, and her Beagle dog, Koda.

Rosslyn Edwards – Accounting Manager

Rosslyn is a native Washingtonian who currently lives in Upper Marlboro, MD. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Howard University and a master’s degree in accounting from Strayer University. She has been with C&C since July 2021. She is married with 2 children and 3 grandchildren. She enjoys watching tennis and traveling with her family, parents, siblings, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Hector Argandona – Director of Emergency Services

Hector is a graduate in accounting, obtaining his degree in Bolivia. Prior to joining C&C twenty years ago, Hector worked as a Master Water, Fire & Smoke Restorer, and Textile Cleaner. He believes in having a strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity and is motivated to grow and learn. Hector loves to spend outdoor quality time with his family.

Jack Kellerstrass – Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Jack Kellerstrass serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at C&C Complete Services, bringing over 15 years of business development experience to the role. Known for his strategic vision and results-driven leadership, Jack plays a key role in driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding market presence. His deep industry knowledge and commitment to excellence make him a vital part of C&C’s leadership team.

Nathalie Donis – Director of Environmental Services

With over 18 years of experience in disaster restoration, Nathalie brings deep expertise in the environmental and healthcare industry. Including Asbestos inspection, containment design, testing. As well as being a healthcare infection control risk assessment (ICRA) professional and a bilingual leader fluent in English and Spanish, Nathalie has managed asbestos teams and secured major healthcare contracts throughout her career. Nathalie is committed to delivering safe, high-quality environmental restoration services and fostering a collaborative, innovative workplace at C&C Complete Services.
