C & C Complete Services, LLC was founded by owner, Bill Cornelius, in 1995. It first began as a carpet cleaning business servicing residential and commercial buildings around the entire Washington D.C. Metropolitan area, highlighted by the opportunity to clean the carpets of the White House. After building the company up through hard work and excellent customer service, Bill expanded the company focusing attention to disaster restoration services. With 42 employees, C & C Complete Services quickly became a successful company in the fields of Emergency Disaster Restoration Services as well as Reconstruction Services around the entire Washington D.C. Metropolitan area.
